WPG Book Making Meet Up: an Open Studio Event for Creative People to Gather and Make a book with Adele Ross - 2 sessions

Thursdays, April 2 and 9 from 5:00 to 8: 00 P.M.

This open studio event is for creative people to meet and create a book. All book-making materials will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring papers or materials they would like to incorporate into their Artist Book. This event is for those with book-making experience. Adele will provide technical instruction for individuals interested in bringing their creativity to bookmaking.

On the 1 st evening, we will design a book. Book boards will be cut, glued, and wrapped to be ready for the book press to dry.

On the 2 nd evening, we will fold signature pages and assemble our books.

Young Adults and Adults who have had experience in making a book.

Supplies / Fees: $20 paid to the instructor.


About Adele Ross

Adele is a graduate of Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. She is an accomplished Printmaker who began her printing journey at Montgomery College in Maryland. Ross’s book-making interest has evolved from her printing, which she feels is a natural progression from her press.
