As the energy of spring invites renewal, this class is designed for you to gently nourish your nervous system. We’ll move through one hour of soothing, breath-led yoga to unwind the body and calm the mind, followed by a 30-minute guided meditation for deep rest, allowing the nervous system to integrate, reset, and settle into a state of ease—supporting clarity, resilience, and a sense of grounded presence for the spring season.
